Rather than placing importance on the homes themselves, we fixated our creative on the hands and feet behind the operations. Thus, we hatched the “I Am Clayton” video series, which highlighted employee testimonials and taught customers all the “how-tos” of their new abode. This kind of backstage perspective gives Clayton a personality and story that allows people to relate to the brand. Rather than selling the product, “I Am Clayton” concentrates on the heartbeat of the company and the services Clayton provides to help customers comfortably adjust to their home.
